Online Dating Rights. Mail Order Brides
PragueVietnamMoscowGuatemala

FOUR REASONS American men seek romance abroad: Prague, Ha Long Bay, Red Square, small villages in Latin America. Somehow meeting a Czech, Vietnamese, Russian or Peruvian/Colombian/Brazilian woman for a date at one of these exotic places is incomparably more exciting than meeting a hometown girl at the local coffeeshop. Opponents of a man's right to meet foreign women online never stop to consider how enjoyable it is to travel/work/live abroad and learn new cultures and languages while seeking a marriage partner.

www.dontdatehimgirl.com is a place where any woman can post the personal information of any man and trash him completely.

The men's real names are printed, and sometimes their pictures, too.  Naturally, some of the descriptions about the men's bad behavior may be true, partly true or completely false.  The owner of the site, a woman with a smug smile, told a TV interviewer if men weren't bad there wouldn't be a need for this site.

Wow!

If some men thought there were reasons to find a wife abroad, I am guessing this would be another.  Here's a sample posting.  This one includes the guy's real name and his picture!

This man is a waste of space. He not only cheated on his devoted wife many times over, he also subscribes to mail-order bride catalogs. He preys on naiive women, hoping to use up their money. Danielle [deleted by Tristan] of Pacific Grove had an affair with him and should be ashamed of herself -- was it worth it, honey? Hope you used protection. Michael had a very promising future, with a beautiful wife who attended his every wish (including in the bedroom), and he chose to throw it all away and ruin his wife's self-esteem, her courage, and her future. Beware of this man! He loves to send flowers and pretend to dote on your every desire, but in reality, he is a predator and a con artist. You'll find him on Match.com and other online dating websites as "[deleted by Tristan]" -- part of his pretense is to claim he'll be your bodyguard. Ha! More like he'll steal your soul and stab you in the back. He's got an interesting track record: 2 divorces, 2 bankruptcies, and he quit his position as city councilman this year out of shame because he got in trouble for misusing his political title. Very bad character to be associated with!

In another entry about another man, the posting woman says that they were together for 14 years and he had sex with another woman because, "he wanted to know what it was like to have sex with a 'thin girl'."

Advocacy groups that get taxpayer money for "protecting" foreign women and the thoughtless media call foreign woman a "mail order bride" if she met her husband via internet.  This is American imperialism, it is denigrating, insulting and portrays the women as helpless fools.

The class action suit against DDHG, featured in the link below, was thrown out of a Pennsylvania court in April 2007 due to lack of jurisdiction, which is an important clue for any dating site owner that wants to challenge IMBRA (websites not located in the USA cannot be regulated by the US government).

In this case, a judge was on the side of a website owner that allowed personal contact information to be given out. We need to collect all such instances of website owners being exonerated, on jurisdictional grounds or otherwise, in order to claim a due process violation in IMBRA.

Also, the Communications Decency Act clearly states that website owners are not considered "publishers" and are not responsible for the content that others post voluntarily. This is yet another clue to how someone can challenge IMBRA "pro se" or with a lawyer:

This class action suit website has not been updated to include information about how they basically lost their case:

http://blogs.usatoday.com/ondeadline/2006/06/dontdatehimgirl.html

I have noticed that Google is NOT spidering the names of the men who are accused at DDHG by their bitter ex-girlfriends.

Also: the anti-scammer websites list the names of Russian women, some of whom may be innocent, when men bitterly write about them ending a relationship (allegedly right after he makes a $1000 wire transfer).

Good find Tristan! This thread is extremely relevant.

Honest journalists will see the Tahirih Justice Center as a front for the NOW that appeals to conservative "Security Moms". Match.com and Yahoo and MySpace are actually working for total Internet regulation because they don't want clients to be anonymous and they want small dating sites/forums dead.

It is interesting to note that even though this site has been operating for two years and has received major publicity from the mainstream press, no man has created a corresponding site for men to list bad behaving women.

Here is a clue as to the reason.  In the book Women of the Klan which I am reading, the author explains that while the men did the visible actions such as electoral corruption, night riding and gang terrorism, the women operated the "poison squads" that spread rumor and slander and organized consumer boycotts.

"no man has created a corresponding site for men to list bad behaving women."

I don't think even google's or ebay's search engines could accommodate such a huge list of women just (or especially I should say) in America.

Also if a man dared to try such a website, he would be arrested immediately for stalking and "abuse."  For complaining women though there is "no problem" obviously. No double standards here!

More proof that some women just have nothing better to do with their pathetic lives than to bitch and gossip about "horrible men" based upon "facts" they have heard from other members of their coven.

Gee, I can't possibly imagine why so many men are so sick and tired of  these kind of American women.

Actually, there are plenty of anti-scamming websites that list the full names and one or two of the email addresses of foreign women whom men alleged scammed them of lots of money.

Theoretically, the TJC should be going after these sites because they give out the personal contact information and full names of women in a very negative light.

Theoretically, these women who are branded as criminals, would be more prone to violence than the ones who appear to be legitimately seeking a partner.

But the TJC and the radfems don't really care about that because they want to stop the competition altogether and don't care a less per se about the foreign women's personal contact info being given out otherwise.

They want to stop American men from dating foreign women period. We have proof here and in the continued unmolested operation of the anti-scammer sites that the US Congress was "irrational" when voting for IMBRA because they obviously do not care about foreign women's personal contact information being given out in very negative circumstances where dating the specific women is NOT encouraged.

Any lawsuit must continue driving home the point that Congress was IRRATIONAL and not just operating on false information.

Remember: Judge Cooper upheld IMBRA claiming that EC did not prove "irrational behavior" on the part of Congress, which links back to the Marxist decision in 1937 by the blackmailed (by FDR) Supreme Court in "US vs Carolene Products" which made it so the US Congress could do anything it wanted for 58 years. Carolene Products said that it did not matter if Congress acts on bad information as long as their "intentions" were "rational".

It was only in 1995 that the Supreme Court finally found its balls (Rehnquist had them) and overturned an attempt by the federal government to charge a young Texas high school student with a federal crime for having had possession of a gun at school.

Anyone who wants to do a pro se challenge to IMBRA, can walk into his or her local federal courthouse and write on the back of a napkin that IMBRA is a state's rights issue as dating sites cannot be regulated at the federal level.

When some High Net worth Male is slandered he will sue the Owners of the Web site. Effectively putting them out of business. The other thing that the stupid Women who put up this site fail to realize is how this Illustrates the assertion by Men. That Women are deliberately choosing unreliable Thugs, Players, Pick Up Artists and Bad Boys. And ignoring the majority of Decent Men.

Women find Decent Men BORING. This is especially the case in the Black Community. Where there is no penalty or consequences that impact Women when they choose Men who are not decent Men.
One can only conclude that their choices are at the Root Cause of their complaints. And rather than take responsibility for their choice. The current Women Centric Culture says. "When anything goes wrong in your life find a Man to blame it on."
